Antoni Gaudi, Barcelona

This past week I’ve been lucky enough to have another summer holiday. This time I went to Barcelona which was beautiful, the weather was very confused and kept switching between boiling and a little over cast but was amazing all the same. Barcelona is lucky enough to be home to lots of Gaudi’s architecture. We visited the Sagrada Familia, Casa Batllo, Park Guell and La Pedera which were all beautiful. We didn’t get to go in the Sagrada Familia as we hadn’t previously booked but the rest we could just pay on the door. La Padera from the outside didn’t seem as spectacular than the rest but once we got to the top, there was beautiful shapes and structures.

Here are the photos from Parc Guell, we didn’t pay to go to the front but we were able to walk round the whole park. Gaudi’s house was there, which is the peach coloured house. The other building is beautifully detailed and to me looks like a gingerbread house.
